We're losing the house, and finally "calling it quits" ... what's the best way to handle the health insurance? - first horizon foreclosures
Wife and I were married for almost 11 years loooooong ... she is an impostor "serial" I can not be trusted in this regard, so that "work" is not an option, not more than once.
We are one of many who have tried, "in the rocket body" and bought a house to rise, they could play with one arm in December 2006 ... Shortly before the housing market was triggered to fall on the earth at Skylab!
We can not juggle the bills more ... We have not paid the payment of August and headed toward foreclosure, "/ sales horizon.
Now my question: I do not, my wife and my daughter of 9 years. At the low pump, and leave the house and live separately, my wife probably custody (rather than a natural child with his mother, I think, unless the mother is crazy ... beeyotch c It is a horrible woman, but a good mother).
Should I wait a while for the money "divorce"? When If we are only legally separated "" ... stay on my health? After a divorce can be, my daughter is still my policy at work, or if I should be able to claim as a dependent? My wife could not reporting about it in his work, but in some aspects of my reach is better.
I am also of the vision and dental fall (because that's my insurance SUCKS ...) ... and need a new pair of glasses and a crown to replace a tooth ... I these things before the divorce, the course cost? Or am I for "separation covered"? (You can wait until spring / summer "doing" the divorce ...
